Traffic noise from Bertha and Atlantic streets made it tough to enjoy the balcony. The second bedroom's twin beds were pushed together with an uncomfortable plastic sheet, leading to a poor night's sleep. A persistent bad smell around the beach and pool area was off-putting on some days. The fancy spa bath in the master room didn’t work, which was a letdown given it was a selling point, and the dishwasher was broken, showing signs of neglect, despite being required for post-stay clean-up. Having to take care of laundry and dishes before checking out was unexpected and frustrating for the price paid.

The badminton area was often overrun with discarded pool towels and items that weren’t picked up, presenting a messy sight. Additionally, the dishwasher was broken, which made post-meal cleanup a hassle, and the constant traffic noise from the nearby streets tarnished the otherwise serene atmosphere.

my stay at 1800 Atlantic Suites was fantastic! the spacious two-bedroom suite with garden view exceeded my expectations, especially the large private balcony for morning coffee. the pool area was great, and it was a quick drive to downtown key west.
